Marianne has been a resident of Manhattan for over 30 years and holds a degree from PACE University. As a certified expert witness, Ms. Mueller is a constant presence in the Unified Courts in New York City. Her valuation and consulting assignments have involved a wide range of properties including townhouses, cooperatives, condominiums, mixed-use and multi-unit housing.
